Not only do CrossFit workouts support weight loss through direct fat burning and muscle building, but you'll also see a huge boost in endurance and performance.
By performing CrossFit, you are able to lose weight more quickly than if you engaged in an average gym workout, over a certain amount of time. This is because a CrossFit workout helps to burn a higher number of calories than a traditional workout.
Some common crossfit workouts equipments that we have in our club includes: tyres, battle rope, mudgar,monkey climbers, agility ladder, jump box, hammer, kettle bell , Boxing bag etc and is taken on an open space providing wholesome and satisfying workout experience in fresh air.

SYNDROME AND OTHER PHYSICAL AND MENTAL DISORDERS)
We also take PERSONAL TRAINING to children and adults with above mentioned
issues and disorders.
According to the Autism Spectrum Disorder Foundation (ASDF), swimming can help children on
the autism spectrum improve speech, coordination, social skills, self-esteem, and cognitive
processing.
Being submerged in water provides calming support, pressure, and buoyancy that helps kids on
the autism spectrum develop their sensory processing skills, reach new physical milestones,
and strengthen their social skills and self-regulation abilities.
Regular exercise can help improve brain activity, giving those with ADHD an edge over their
symptoms. And swimming seems particularly well suited for ADHD sufferers.
We have specialized personal trainers to handle such clients on one to one
basis with great patients and integrity and they show visible improvement in few
months.
